Phin Xaypangna

Phin Xaypangna is a racial and social justice consultant with a combined 25+ years in public administration in advancing racial equity and social justice, strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership development. She has direct experience with convening and leading cross-sector collaboratives. She is an advocate for organizational and systems change to influence leaders at all levels serving as a speaker, trainer, and facilitator.    

Phin has served as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for two local municipalities, overseeing racial equity and inclusion efforts to become an equitable, inclusive, and just organization. She has experience in leading the development of racial equity action plans and in countywide training to advance racial and social equity.  She received her B.A. in Political Science from Western Carolina University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
